Blue Suede Shorts

Suede is the love of my life. I've always been accustomed to seeing the material only used on shoes and handbags. But this season, I'm looking forward to suede dresses, pants, tops, etc. It is such a fabulous material. Feast your eyes on a couple fabulous suede shorts from Topshop. 

New Decade, New Rami

This time, it's serious. 2010 has inspired me to take up blogging again. To celebrate the new year, I am going to share with you some of my inspirations. I am inspired by rococo art, beachy looks, and bold polishes. What are your inspirations?

A trend that I am starting to see more and more is see through clothing. I always thought that pieces that were see through were trashy but, now I am starting to like it more because it is being presented tastefully. Sheer dresses and tops can be unique and very feminine! Drew Barrymore, Megan Fox, and Leighton Meester have all been seen sporting this daring and dramatic trend.

Gonna Get Myself Some Jeggings

After talking "fashion" to one of my friends that has been in London for the past few weeks, she revealed to me that "Jeggings" or Jean leggings are all the rage over in Europe. Even recently, I have seen jean-legging-shorts. Those were pretty awesome actually. But in all honesty I don't know how I feel about jeggings. The way I see it is that jeggings are very similar to acid wash jeans, see through blouses, and chipped nail polish. All of these things have to be worn and or presented somewhat tastefully in order to look absolutely fantastic. One wrong piece thrown into the outfit incorporating any of these elements can make a girl (or guy) look just plain trashy. Either way I see jeggings as being a fashion trend that will probably die out in 2010. 

OKAY..... So I admit Kate Bosworth pulled off the jeggings very well here! Love it!
